In the second quarter of 2024, the top travel and local apps in Egypt showed notable performance metrics across downloads, active users, and revenue. Here are the key insights based on data from Sensor Tower.

Nusuk | نسك saw a varied trend in weekly downloads, peaking at around 67K in early May before gradually declining to about 9K by the end of June. Active users for the app increased significantly in early May, reaching approximately 148K, and then stabilized around 97K towards the end of the quarter.

Google Earth experienced a peak in weekly downloads in mid-April at around 30K, followed by a steady decline, ending the quarter with about 14K downloads. Active users remained relatively stable throughout the quarter, fluctuating around the 62K mark.

TaxiF - A Better Way to Ride had a significant spike in downloads in early April with approximately 38K, which then declined and picked up again towards the end of June with about 17K downloads. The app's active users also showed an upward trend, closing the quarter at around 69K.
